Te Kona offer hot desking memberships from weekly to yearly. Please get in touch with Te Kona Reception about these memberships.
Totara | Boardroom
Per Hour $50 / Half Day $150 / Full Day $300
A bright, open, and comfortable space for your group of up to 20 featuring a large whiteboard and a 65" display with a video conferencing unit.
Tea and coffee are available from the room's very own kitchenette. You are welcome to bring your own catering or use the oven and facilities in our wharekai.
Kohekohe | Event space
Per Hour $75 / Half Day $250 / Full Day $500
The perfect space to host your large workshop or event for 30 - 100 people. This room can be configured in many different ways, including the use of multiple 65” TV conferencing units. Just let us know your plans when you book and we can help you make sure everything is perfect.
Tea and coffee are available and we are happy for you to bring in your own catering or use the oven and facilities in our wharekai.
Manuka | Hot Desk
Per hour $10 / Half Day $40 / Full Day $60
Drop in for an hour or make Te Kona your full time office!
Hot-desking provides you with a 'desk on demand', available on a casual or membership basis.
No need to book in advance, just walk in and enjoy all of the benefits of a productive workspace with a like-minded community to connect with. Leave the distractions at home!
Miro | Digital Hub
Per Hour $50 / Half Day $150 / Full Day $300
Our high-tech innovation space designed to facilitate digital training.
We have 8 mini desktops and an impressive 86" Smart Board ready to go! This room also has conferencing facilities with a large meeting table in the center so can be used for standard hui or zui.
