Te Kotahitanga e Mahi Kaha Trust (aka Te Kona) is a charitable organisation that has been serving our community of Kaikohe since 1986. Our purpose is to provide opportunities for whanau and hapu in the Kaikohe region to support them into work-related education, organising training opportunities, and creating job structures and pathways into employment.
We are proud to be a pillar in our community, providing a range of services and programmes that empower our people and help them achieve their goals.
Our training courses cover a wide range of topics, including nursery of native trees and horticulture, business and digital hub, drivers license training and testing, event and meeting rooms for hire, and much more.
At Te Kotahitanga e Mahi Kaha Trust, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, regardless of their background or circumstances. That's why we work hard to provide our members with the support, resources, and training they need to succeed in the workforce and in life.
We are proud to be a part of the Kaikohe community, and we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our people and our community as a whole.
